Meg's Boutique NC does not accept returns for refund of original payment method. Upon returning an item you will exchange an item for the same value on the same day IF applicable.

ONLY unwashed, unworn, and unaltered merchandise with the tags within 15 days of purchase are accepted for exchange only! The payee is responsible for return shipping and payment method on all unwanted merchandise.
All jewelry, accessories, shoes, grab bags, vendor items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged! All orders placed or paid through sezzle are final sale! Advertised sales are applicable to items purchased during sale dates ONLY. If the items are purchased with a discount code the item is final sale. If items are purchased on an event day, they are final sale.
Swimwear can be exchanged for a different size of the same product if the item doesn’t fit or you need a different size.
We are NOT responsible for any items shrinking after being washed, all clothes have washing instructions attached to the inside of the item. Please follow these instructions to avoid any issues after washing items.
Standard shipping orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped but can be shipped same day if applicable!
Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on the postal service!
Local pickup is available at checkout for those who live in Greenville or the surrounding areas! This option is available at checkout!
If your package is returned to us because you put the wrong address in you will be responsible to pay for shipping again. If the shipping fee is not paid within 30 days your order will be returned back into inventory WITHOUT refund or store credit for applicable items.
*Once the package is picked up by the post office we are not responsible for any lost packages. If a package does not deliver please call the post office and file a claim with the tracking number provided! They will not allow us to do this for you, we have no control once the package is picked up from our store location*!
