What started as a small Facebook group in April 2020 quickly grew into something bigger than we ever imagined. Just six months later, Meg’s Boutique NC opened its first storefront in Greenville, North Carolina — and we’ve been growing ever since!
Today, Meg’s is proud to call Downtown Greenville home while continuing to grow our online boutique and ship our favorite styles to customers near and far. What began as a small local business has grown into an amazing community both in-store and online, and we are so excited for everything still to come.

From everyday basics and must-have new arrivals to jewelry, accessories, shoes and statement pieces, we’re always searching for styles we know you’ll love, without the crazy price tag!

Hey y’all! I’m Megan, the owner of Meg’s Boutique NC! I was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina, and there’s something incredibly special about getting to grow this business in the community I’ve always called home.
When I started Meg’s in 2020, I never could have imagined where it would take me. What started as a Facebook group has grown into a storefront, a rapidly growing online boutique, and a community of customers who have supported me through every season of this business.
Meg’s has truly surpassed so many of the dreams I had when I first started, and that is because of YOU. Every order, store visit, share, comment, recommendation and kind word has helped build this little dream into what it is today.
